Refund Policy
1. No Refunds on Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom printing, all sales are final.
Once an order is placed, no refunds, cancellations, or changes can be made.
Every order is produced specifically for each customer, and materials cannot be reused or repurposed.
2. No Refunds for non Print-Ready / Print-Friendly Files
If the artwork, files, or designs submitted by the customer are considered print-ready or print-friendly, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes situations where:

The customer later decides to make changes

The customer submits incorrect artwork

The customer’s file contains spelling, design, or layout errors
-
The customer is unsatisfied with their own submitted design
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to review and verify all files before uploading.
3. Proof Approval Policy
If a digital proof is provided:

The customer must review all artwork, spelling, layout, and colors carefully

Once the proof is approved, the job moves immediately into production
-
No refunds or reprints will be issued for errors approved in the proof
If we feel there is no need for a proof, production may begin immediately.
4. Production Variations
Minor variations can occur due to:

Color differences between screen and print
-
Cutting/trimming tolerances
-
Paper, material, or print texture differences
These standard variations are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
We only offer reprints (not refunds) if:

The product arrives damaged

There is a confirmed production defect caused by TPC
To qualify, customers must:

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the defect
-
Return the defective product if requested
TPC will determine whether a reprint is warranted.
6. Incorrect Files Provided by Customer
TPC is not responsible for:

Low-resolution images
-
Wrong size or dimensions
-
Incorrect bleed or margins
-
Color profile issues (RGB instead of CMYK)
-
Missing fonts or layers
-
Typographical errors in the design
No refund or free reprint will be issued for any customer-submitted file issues.
7. Shipping Issues
Shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or operational disruptions are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
We will assist customers in tracking packages but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
